Laser Hair Removal Areas We Treat in Cincinnati

Every area below is a different decision, with its own session length, session count, and questions worth asking before you book. Each one has a page written for the person actually considering it.

  • Underarms

The most common starting point. Short appointments, fast treatment, and one of the areas that responds best. Appointments run 15 minutes or less.

  • Legs

Full legs, lower legs, or thighs. Larger area, longer sessions, and the end of a decades-long shaving routine. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes depending on coverage. This books full legs; lower legs and thighs are separate services.

  • Bikini and Brazilian

A sensitive area treated in a private clinical setting, with a provider who explains exactly what to expect. Sessions run 15 to 30 minutes. This books the Brazilian; the bikini area is a separate service at its own price.

  • Face and Upper Lip

Lip, chin, cheeks, or full face. Often hormonal in origin, which changes how it should be planned and managed. Appointments run 15 minutes or less. This books the full face; the upper lip alone is a separate service.

  • Back and Chest

Large areas where shaving is impractical and waxing is painful. A common choice for men. Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. This books the back; the chest is a separate service.

  • Full Body

Everything in one plan, sequenced by a provider so each area gets treated on the schedule its hair growth actually follows. Areas are sequenced and priced at your consultation, which is what this books.

How to think about choosing an area

Start with the area that costs you the most, in time, in irritation, or in the recurring bill for waxing. Laser hair removal is a series, not a single visit, so the area you pick is a commitment of roughly 6 to 8 appointments spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart. It makes sense to spend that commitment where the payoff is largest for you.

If you are undecided, there is a practical case for starting small. Underarms and the upper lip are short appointments with fast, visible response, and they let you learn how your skin reacts, how the sessions feel, and whether the cadence fits your calendar, before you plan legs, a back, or a full-body series. Nothing about starting small locks you out of adding areas later. Plans here are set by a provider at your consultation, and they can grow.

Combining areas

Most patients who treat more than one area combine them into shared appointments rather than booking separate visits. Underarms pair naturally with a bikini or Brazilian series because the session cadence matches. Lip and chin are so commonly treated together that they book as a single service. Combining areas usually prices better as a package than each area alone, and it means fewer trips to Montgomery Road over the life of your series.

The one caution worth stating in the open: combined appointments take longer, and a plan that treats everything at once is not automatically the right plan. Different areas respond on different timelines, so your provider may sequence areas rather than stack them. That is a clinical judgment made for your hair and skin at the consultation, not a booking default.

How session length differs

Session length tracks surface area, not sensitivity. Underarms, a lip, or a chin take minutes; you will spend longer checking in than being treated. A bikini or Brazilian session runs 15 to 30 minutes. Backs, chests, and legs run 30 to 60 minutes depending on coverage. A full-body appointment is the longest on the menu and is planned individually. Every appointment includes the same steps regardless of length: settings confirmed for your skin type, the area prepped, and the treatment itself, which most people describe as a series of quick snaps with cooling in between.

Smaller areas are bookable too

The six pages above cover the decisions people research most. They are not the whole menu. Lip, chin, cheeks, hairline, forearms, hands, feet, abdomen, and buttocks are all bookable as their own services, on the same device, under the same medical direction. If the area you care about is not listed here, ask at your consultation or browse the full laser hair removal menu when you book online.

Whatever area you are weighing, two pages answer the questions that apply to all of them: how many sessions you will need and what the treatment feels like.

More areas, booked directly

Each of these is its own service at its own price, on the same 4 to 8 week cadence as everything else. Learn more opens the page that covers it.

Common questions

Choosing and combining areas

Can I treat more than one area in the same appointment?

Yes. Adjacent areas are commonly combined, underarms with a bikini area, or lip with chin, and your provider will schedule the time honestly rather than rushing two areas into one short slot. Combining areas also usually prices better as a package than booking each separately.

Is there an area you do not treat?

Very few. The main exclusions are the immediate eye area, which no reputable practice lasers, and tattooed skin, which the laser must avoid because ink absorbs the energy. Everything else on the list here, plus most smaller areas you can name, is bookable.

Do different areas need different numbers of sessions?

They do. Hair density, coarseness, and growth cycle vary by area, so underarms often respond in fewer sessions than a back or a set of legs. Most areas land in the 6 to 8 session range, and your provider gives you an area-specific estimate at the consultation before you commit.

Which area should I start with?

If you are new to laser, underarms are the most common first area: the appointment is short, the response rate is high, and you learn how your skin reacts before committing to a larger plan. But the honest answer is to start with the area that bothers you most. The consultation and patch test happen either way.

Ready to talk it through?

Your first visit is a consultation and a patch test, not a sales conversation. You will leave knowing whether this treatment fits your skin and your goals.
