Before you book
About the practice.
Is this a med spa?+
No. Choosi is a physician-led women’s health practice on Montgomery Road. We offer aesthetics as a separate service line, but women’s health is its own clinic with its own care model.
Do I need to leave my OB/GYN?+
No. We work alongside your existing care team. Many of our patients keep their gynecologist and add Choosi for the care a fifteen-minute appointment was never going to cover.

What labs do you actually run?+
A comprehensive lab panel, organized into thyroid axis, sex hormones and binding, metabolic and insulin, inflammatory and cardiometabolic, iron studies and CBC, and vitamin and micronutrient categories. The full breakdown lives on The Read page.
Continuing care
Programs and medications.
What if I am already on HRT or GLP-1 from someone else?+
We will read your current protocol against a comprehensive panel and decide together whether to continue, refine, or rebuild. We do not ask you to start over for the sake of starting over.
Individual results vary.
How is this different from a telehealth HRT service?+
You meet board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Tiffany Hall or a member of our medical team in Cincinnati, in person, after your labs have been read in context. Not a chatbot. Not a rotating provider. Not a national protocol applied to you regardless of your history.
What it costs
Insurance and payment.
Will insurance cover this?+
Diagnostic lab work is often covered by major insurance. The consult and ongoing care plan are self-pay.
Do you accept HSA and FSA?+
Yes. HSA and FSA typically apply to the self-pay portion of your care, the consult and your ongoing plan. Diagnostic labs are billed to insurance directly where covered.
Getting started
Your first visit.
What does a new patient visit involve?+
Your first visit begins with The Read, a comprehensive panel drawn in one visit at our Montgomery Road practice. Once results are back, you meet board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Tiffany Hall or our medical team for a consult, where your panel is read against your symptoms and history and a plan is built from there. Nothing is prescribed before your labs are read.
What should I bring to my first visit?+
A list of current medications and supplements, any recent lab work you have on hand, and your questions. If you are already on hormone therapy, a GLP-1 program, or peptide therapy elsewhere, bring what you know about your current protocol so we can read it against your new panel.
