Male enhancement at Men’s Performance is a dermal filler placed beneath the skin of the shaft, in measured passes, by a physician. It is not a med-spa add-on and it is not delegated to an aesthetician. The same category of material used in facial and body aesthetics for years is applied here, with a different placement and a different goal.
The process starts with a consultation, in person or virtual, where Dr. Hall reviews your goals, your medical history, and which filler fits your anatomy. The procedure itself takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes in a private treatment suite, under local anesthetic. There is no general anesthesia and no overnight stay.
The first question
Does dermal filler for girth actually work?
Physician-performed dermal filler placed beneath the skin can add up to 1 inch or greater of penile girth. The result is a thicker, fuller appearance, and many men also notice improved sensitivity after the first visit.
How soon you notice a change depends on which filler is used. Some produce a result you can see right away, others build gradually over the days that follow. Which filler fits your anatomy, and what result is realistic for you, is exactly what the consultation works out. Nothing about your specific outcome gets promised on the phone, before Dr. Hall has actually seen what she is working with.
The second question
Is male enhancement filler permanent?
No, and that is part of what makes this a reasonable procedure to consider rather than a permanent decision to weigh. Dermal filler is designed to be temporary. Depending on which filler is used, results typically last somewhere between one and five years.
There is no subscription and no auto-renew attached to any of it. If you want to maintain or build on the result once it starts to fade, a follow-up session is scheduled the same way the first one was, on your timeline. If one session is all you want, that is also the end of it.
Recovery
The days immediately after
Aftercare instructions are written down before you leave the suite, not explained once and forgotten. Most men return to their normal week immediately, with light activity restrictions held for the first five days. Downtime is minimal by design, built to fit inside a normal work week rather than require one off. If a question comes up in those first few days, the physician who performed the procedure is the person you reach, not a call center.
